I Love Trains!

I love trains: Streamliner trains, those built between the mid-1930s and the mid-1950s by the Budd Company. Budd's stainless steel cars had a style that other companies simply did not have, although those other companies tried to mimic Budd's style down to its scalloped edges.
In the photograph, above, the California Zephyr's Budd consist makes its way through Colorado. These cars are still in use today on VIA Rail Canada's renowned Canadian, as well as on several excursion trains, including the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad in Ohio (https://www.cvsr.org/our-fleet/). Why? They are sound, long-lasting rolling stock -- and railfans love them!
